Our Story

Our story starts back in 2015 when my soon to be Sister-In-Law announced to the family that she was getting married! She asked if I would be her wedding coordinator. At the time, I thought she was crazy because I had only been to a few weddings in my life. She explained that she thought I fit the job description because of my strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and appreciation for timeliness. After thinking about her offer for a while I said "What the heck, let's do this!" Since that day I have designed and planned my own wedding in addition to many others! "What the heck, let's do this" sort of became my motto. The more couples I helped, the more other soon-to-be married couples witnessed and wanted my help, and so, my small side hobby began to grow into what it is today. We are now a small family run business who are passionate about helping couples carry out their wedding dreams.

Our Team

Hi! I'm Hannah! I began coordinating weddings in 2015 as a favor for friends, which turned into a small side hobby, and is now a small family owned business. I have been blessed with the opportunity to recruit my sister, Heather as my assistant and trusty side kick. In addition to coordinating I have also been a Registered Nurse since 2015 with experience in multiple different positions within the field. Aside from all that I am married to an amazing man, we have a beautiful baby boy together and our loyal lab, Ellie. We enjoy spending time together camping, fishing, mountain or dirt biking and especially water skiing to name a few activities. I genuinely look forward to meeting you and can't wait to start hearing all your wedding dreams!

Hey there. I am Heather. I became Hannah's assistant in 2021. Her company had grown enough that it was time for some additional help. We were chatting one day and she expressed concern over hiring the right person. She wanted to make sure that the person she brought on to Aamodt Weddings was in it for the long haul and wouldn't flake on her or her clients. She got this crazy look on her face and then asked "Would you like to be my assistant?" I already had a full time job working during the week but weekends were available. We decided to give it a shot and it was a perfect fit right from the start! I am happily married since 2022 and we have an energetic lab that keeps me busy!

Our Mission

I believe that God has called me to use my organizational talents in this setting to benefit the lives of others on a day that is truly important to them and for a purpose that glorifies Him. I have deeply enjoyed being the unofficial wedding coordinator that I was, and with such success and joy that I made it official. By starting this small Christ centered business my goal is to continue helping other women by bringing their visions of their wedding day to life while they stand back and enjoy watching it unfold.
