Do I really need a coordinator?

B6119D0A-F929-41F6-9810-124ABA543C90.jpeg

Yes. We absolutely recommend hiring a coordinator regardless of event size, location, complexity and budget. Your wedding is an investment and hiring a coordinator is like purchasing insurance to protect that investment. According to The Knot, the average wedding costs $15,000 - $30,000 these days. A coordinator ensures that your time and money are well spent by overseeing all your plans and directing the vendor team. It is an invaluable service that you will not regret. You can't possibly be in two places at once, so you have to choose... do you coordinate and direct your vendors or do you focus on being the Bride? We recommend you hire a coordinator and enjoy your day as the Bride.

What if my venue already
provides a day-of-coordinator?

Although venue coordinators are vital to your events success, they typically do not give the level of attention to your event details that we do. Many venue included coordinators are responsible for back stage operations and execution by managing the facility. They typically do not set up any of your decor or other various details. That's where we come in. We are dedicated and involved in each detail related to your event, not just the venue operations. We are very comfortable working with on-site coordinators as this happens regularly. We work along side them to ensure all your details are in place.

Why can't I just have my friends and family set up so I can save money?

One of the top regrets couples have after getting married is not hiring a professional coordinator. One of the top regrets!! Thats pretty significant. According to The Knot couples who did not hire a coordinator reported feeling stressed at their wedding. News flash ...  you only get one chance to enjoy your wedding day. No do-overs. Do you really want to take that risk? Im sure your friends/aunts/cousins are capable of setting up your wedding day, but they will not be able to enjoy your wedding day either because they are now the ones feeling stressed while running around setting up and directing your vendor team. The truth is, you get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and hire the coordinator so you AND the ones you love can enjoy your wedding day.

Why don't you charge more for
your services like the others?

How do you convey to potential clients that don't know you yet that you really are just a genuine, trustworthy, and highly organized gal who loves weddings and just wants to serve others on their wedding day by providing an invaluable service that can put them at ease? I believe we were put on this earth to serve others and that is the whole point. We try to provide our services at affordable prices that won't break the bank while still making a living. Simply put, we just care. Like actually.

Do you have any wedding
vendor recommendations?

Of course. We have had the opportunity to meet numerous other wedding vendors throughout the years. We recommend only the good ones because it not only makes our lives easier working with vendors we know and trust but it also gives you peace of mind knowing you can trust your wedding day vendors to make your day special.

What is the cancellation policy?

50% deposit is due at time of contract signing. The remaining balance is due no later than one week prior to your wedding. Any payments made toward the account are non refundable for any reason. If you have to cancel or reschedule your date for any reason, arrangements can be made to do so but availability may vary.

Can we visit my venue together?

Yes! We actually prefer that we arrange a tour of your venue together ahead of time. It helps when you are describing where and how you want decorations arranged and set up. This can be done at any of our meetings or at your rehearsal.
